The CAPTIV® DM (double mobility cup) has come into the Scanos product line in order to complete the acetabular product range and to move one step ahead offering a new ceramic-ceramic double mobility bearing.

This double mobility cup is a direct extension of the widely used Scanos CAPTIV® PRF press-fit cup combined to the long experience Scanos has out in the field with the Mobilis product range of double mobility cups.

New: Ceramic-Ceramic sandwich bearing option.

It differs from the Mobilis line by incorporating the CAPTIV® PRF press-fit technology. The CAPTIV® DM is also available with four extra stabilization spikes should poor bone quality require enhanced stability.
